I quit watching after the first half. I developed a healthy hatred for wisconsin's players, but it looked bad for the good guys.
But PSU won??!!! (7:50 AM CST) Glad I didn't erase the dvr.
Watching now. Woohoo!

Watching now. Woohoo! PSU is definitely a 2nd half team. When I saw them score the late 1st half TD, I thought that they'd have a good chance to get back in this game. What really surprised me was their defensive effort in the 2nd half; only allowing 3 points. Trace McSorley was excellent, and his receivers did a really good job. I like WI's RB Clement, thought he carried the whole WI offense.

The announcers, and several news stories, said it was Penn State's first football title in 22 years. I guess that's because 2008 was a shared title with OSU, so that what they meant was first outright title.

Don't know if you meet many older Nebraska fans, but they usually complain (justifiably) about a bad call in a game they played at Penn State. When they do, I tell them that they got payback in 1994. That team was incredible. I think they beat tOSU 63-14 that year. Wish I had that game DVR'd.

Penn State began playing Big Ten schedules in 1991 (my first year in the MBA program) in all sports except football. We started playing the Big Ten football schedule in 1993.
My first Penn State volleyball match was Illinois' visit to Penn State in 1991.
