I haven't been able to watch it on ESPNU, but I just checked Gametracker. Frantti is hitting .483 and Lee .450 after two games. Frantti has already taken 29 swings. Her arm is going to fall off it Detering keeps setting her at this rate.
Washington and Gorrell are both hitting .200 with only a few swings. If they could be more productive, we might be able to pull off the upset.

It looks like Washington is getting more swings. It also looks like the Nia Reed twist was something Nebraska didn't expect.

Lee's production appears to have dropped significantly in the 3rd set. We really need her to play at the level she played in the first two sets. Washington is stepping it up though.

It looks like Washington is getting more swings. It also looks like the Nia Reed twist was something Nebraska didn't expect. Nia Reed was a twist almost noone expected. Certainly not me |

Ugh...I'm gonna be sick. Did we really just squander 2 sweep match points?! Yes, and it's not the first time this team has done that. Still, it was a nice comeback from a big early deficit. One encouraging aspect of this match is our ability to go on scoring runs. We've had several nice runs and that has not been a characteristic of this team. |
