The post season is still new, and I hate it. Worse still, the video jukebox and tcmullet sites have changed so I can't watch old games.
What to do? I've been going on Volleytalk and reading posts from past PSU adventures. I didn't get hooked until midway through the 2010 season. So, I went back to the season's start to learn about how Kristin Carpenter became the setter. I was curious because a setter from the local high school (Mikenzie Moydell) was supposed to start. Right now, you can find the beginning of the 2010 season around pages 900-906. The 2010 season ends around page 770. I've found it kind of fun to look back and see how many posters actually got things right.
Check it out!

So, what's the verdict? Which posters got it right back then? I want names.

So, what's the verdict? Which posters got it right back then? I want names. The "verdict" really isn't the point. At least for me. I'm enjoying finding out how things "happened." I don't know about pre-2010 "who's playing" decisions. I've enjoyed learning what observers expected. And what actually happened. One thing remained constant. It seems that Coach Rose has never explained his personnel decisions. We can see the result of his decisions. He has a pretty good track record.
