That's a great point -- and it's a great event. Typically, all the players, and most of the parents are there, and the food is very good. It's a fun time. So yes, that's a very good reason to join!

PLEASE REMEMBER: it is time to buy/pay for your season tickets. Fans need to buy them directly including all of the boosters. The club no longer buys them for the members. DO NOT MISS OUT! Please buy your tickets today... nyline already grabbed my seats... the one thing he never slacks... getting the best seats at a match.

I am very concerned that longtime boosters will not get their previous seats because of the new policy change. Please call the ticketing office at PSU today to lock in your season tickets for the GREATEST SHOW ON EARTH: PSU women's volleyball!!!! Unless nyline bought out the house and will be underwriting the seats...

I had a stash of bitcoin, but I suspect certain slackers may have "borrowed" it to finance an otherwise inexplicably lavish vacation in Bali.

Bali vacationers always steal the fun... The sad deal is that season tickets do not guarantee any decent seats for the NCAA tourney... But, I am believing that the Regional Finals will be held at PSU this year. The top four seeds host!!!! I am a believer.... ARE YOU? More and more of the volleyball world is talking the talk...

Hey Nyline:
Do you think the Booster Club could gently suggest that when PSU negotiates its pre-B1G away games next season that it asks that the host team provides streaming? And that PSU offers the same?
Just a thought. It IS the 21st Century.

And that PSU offers the same? Just a thought. It IS the 21st Century. I don't think the Penn State Athletic Department is unaware of streaming issues. I also don't think they would be moved by Booster Club suggestions as to how to negotiate their contracts. Not being critical of your suggestion, just giving my honest reaction. (And I really have zero influence in what the Booster Club does or does not do).

(And I really have zero influence in what the Booster Club does or does not do). Not to worry about the reality check Nyline. I respect your lifetime of experience and careful, considered nature. I have some experience dealing with large organizations in that I've been part of one of our country's largest--while "Blazing Saddle's" Mongo was a small cog in a big machine, I've been a grain of sand. That said, your impression of how the Athletic Department might react is sad. It brings to mind Britain's General Staff in World War I. Sometimes, even big organizations make attempts at being responsive. One of my enduring memories of living in Pennsylvania is the contempt those in power hold for those who aren't. Not one of the Commonwealth's endearing traits.
