What about how everyone else performed? Compare and contrast.

(Thoughts (I'd say "observations" if I was putting on airs) of a madman as I watch--using edit rather than multiple posts)
Watching replay of Florida-Texas on SEC Network. Over 7500+ fans in Gainesville! Might Volleyball be taking off nationwide?
These are two very physical teams. Lots of hard hits, impressive blocking.
SEC Network production values (heavily ESPN-supported) far exceed what the BTN offers.
Longhorn's Lexi Sun looks good.
Mary Wise's hair reminds me of Jimmy Johnson.
Florida breaks it wide open, wins first set 25-16.
Gator's Carli Snyder has a Micha-like serve. She's a righty, however. She puts Texas out of system just like Micha did--gonna wanna keep an eye one her. She'll be serving to the SEC, not B1G. Six aces midway through set 4.
Florida wins set 2, 25-23. They look like the real deal. Fans are loving it. Hope they keep coming back.
Ever notice the way Texas players tape their fingers? Highlights of Oregon 3-1 win over Nebraska. Different coach, but Ducks seem to do well in season openers.
Nebraska-Florida on later today on SEC; Longhorn broadcasting Texas-Oregon from Gainesville! BTN--these other networks are making you look like a putz!
Texas pulls it together and wins third set 25-18. They won the third set against Stanford. They can't use Prieto-Cerame as an excuse for this game--wonder what fans will say?
Irony is alive and well. Elliot whining about one of the ref's calls.
Florida has quite a team. I am impressed.
Gators hook 'Horns 25-21 for a 3-1 win.

BTN--these other networks are making you look like a putz! So true, but at least the BTN runs being Being P.J. Fleck eight times each day, every day. That's some high quality programming right there.

Florida is 2-0, and Nebraska is 0-2? What's going on here?

The B1G has had better weekends.

#20 Hawaii gets swept at home by #22 San Diego tonight. Issues with both offense and defense with this team. Gonna be an uphill battle against #12 UCLA on Sunday.

Note to Nyline: When you get ready to go worldwide, you'll need to incentivize moving some slacker staff to somewhere in East Asia (P'yongyang?) and Central Europe (Bratislava?).

A highlight from the Florida-Nebraska game: Florida's Carli Snyder (see above) served a facial* to a Nebraska player during a 10-point service run in Set 2.
* For a closer-to-home example, search YouTube for "Morgan Broekhuis just got it in the face".
If you can get this game, watch how well Florida covers tips.
Nell Fortner, one of the announcers, game a nice review of how competitive the B1G is. She said PSU is an "angry team," on a mission after last year's disappointment at the Devaney Center. Some of us may be familiar with Nell... She's been on point for these games. Definitely has upped her game.
Florida has a very impressive team. I think they're going to have a great year.
