Just watched #10 BYU vs unranked Hawaii. BYU destroyed Hawaii in sets 1 and 2 and then just either fell asleep or ran out of gas in sets 3 and 4. Set 5 was all BYU. From what I saw of this match, BYU has issues coming from behind when down 3 or more points. Set scores were BYU with the win: 25-18, 25-12, 16-25, 15-25, 15-7. BYU's block is huge. If they can stay focused for entire matches, we will see them in final four! You heard it here first Local girl Senior Alohi Robins-Hardy got some playing time in tonight's match. I'm sure everybody remembers her from 2014 NC match! Today #17 Purdue just took out #8 Creighton in 4 sets - 25-21, 25-15, 22-25, 27-25 #16 Michigan sweeps Idaho State 25-23, 25-13, 25-19

How does Stanford look Nyline? They look very good, but not immortal. I left after 2nd set. Illinois is very young, but they were hanging with the Cardinal. Could have won both of the first two sets, but of course they didn't. Illinois was psyched and crowd was huge factor. Stanford seemed to be cruising a bit. But they won both sets. As I said, they are good.
