Did anyone happen to notice that MSU just took out Minny in straight sets AT MINNESOTA!
It's going to be a wide open season!

Minnesota lost at home 3:0 to Michigan State. Time for a new #1 (and #2, sadly) in next week's poll.

Did anyone happen to notice that MSU just took out Minny in straight sets AT MINNESOTA! It's going to be a wide open season! That's some consolation; as they say, misery loves company. EDIT: Wow! Come to think of it, who does MSU have? Now I'm worried. Actually, all will be well in the world again if Nebraska loses a few more matches this season.

I think Nebraska and everyone else will lose a few more matches this season.

was at the Stan v CO Buffs match. starts out with a 30-second multi-media promo not about how good or storied Buffs are (I had to laugh at the thing you sit through at St John arena at OSU). No. This is 30 seconds about, friends, you're not going to last here because we're at 5300 ft. If we don't kill you the altitude will. Nicely done. Fitzmorris was not dressed to play. For those of you who didn't watch it was 24-16 in the first set, Hambly already having uselessly drawn his green card twice. The Cardinal ran off some points but could not postpone the inevitable. First set featured a lot of the bobbles and low-light reel stuff from our last match with them, Plummer not looking up to POY form or really using her power. Set two was a complete turnabout; sets 3, 4 both went to extra points...I really though CO would have the edge if it went to 5, but it seemed that they used Lutz more effectively, and Plummer helped, winning 5th by 3.

Weekend of upsets in volleyball and football. Early in the BIG season there will be growing pains trying to get best set-ups. BIG season is always a buzz saw. This MN loss helps us out in the quest for the BIG title. Now we need Nebraska next weekend to lose to MN. Uploading MN vs Michigan State match on YT now. MN had State on the ropes and were up 16-7 in the 3rd set but let them off the hook.

Minnesota lost at home 3:0 to Michigan State. Time for a new #1 (and #2, sadly) in next week's poll. Let's see. #1 and 2 lose. #3 Florida moves back to #1. Now where does Penn State and Minnesota go? Well, Minnesota lost to an unranked team whereas Penn State lost to a ranked #12 Nebraska so Penn State should be all rights be above MN when the ranking come out Monday. Now where exactly should they be in the rankings on Monday? Looking at the top 15 teams you have only one undefeated team; Florida so they are #1. The one loss teams are Minnesota, Penn State, Wisconsin, Washington and BYU. Lets see who these teams lost to. #1 Minnesota lost to unranked Michigan State #2 Penn State lost to #14 Nebaska #5 Wisconsin lost to unranked Michigan State #7 Washington lost to #15 Creighton #9 BYU lost to unranked Baylor All other teams have 2 or more losses that are currently in the top 15 so from these teams, this is what I think the top 10 should look like based last weeks poll, quality and quantity of losses this week. #1 Florida - zero losses #2 Penn State - one loss to #14 Nebraska (#2 and #3 could be switched) #3 Minnesota - lost to lower team than Penn State #4 Stanford (2 losses) - two losses to Penn State should still keep them below Penn State (in the real world). #5 Washington - lost is to #15 Creighton where as Penn State lost to #14 Nebraska. Don't see them jumping Stanford #6 Wisconsin - lost to lower team than Washington and Penn State. Texas shouldn't be ahead of Wisconsin because of their two losses. #7 Texas (2 losses) #8 BYU moves up one #9 Kentucky moves up 1 #10 Oregon moves down two I think they may be closer to the RPI when it comes out next week. Just have to wait and see. Just because Nebraska beat Penn State doesn't mean they need to jump any teams in top 10 because they still have 3 losses. This is all fantasy anyways because coaches poll has zero effect on RPI. I'm sure there will be two loss teams over Penn State on Monday but we can hope that my list is good. Remember people, this past weekend is known as "upset" weekend and there were a few upsets this weekend.

I am holding my opinions on MSU until I see them play some more. MSU has not been consistent in the past over the BIG season. Same with Ohio State.

sorry to trouble you. Audio stays but at about 14:00 the video cuts out. By pt 6-6 set 2, audio and video are no longer in sequence. I tried it more than once.

Yea, someone commented on YT about this (you?). Looks like it was a processing glitch on YT end. My original video works fine. I have deleted video off of YT. There was a loss of signal on live broadcast for a few seconds which may have taken video out of sync when uploaded to YT so I may have to delete that part out of video. If I need to edit video it will take some time to do this and encode. Maybe have up tomorrow or late tonight. I was wondering why it took over 15 hours to upload and process.

Your efforts are greatly appreciated.
