Russ Rose is so confident about winning next year that he sees no reason to play the pin hitters coming back next season. I feel better knowing he is so confident.

Nowhere in that interview does it say anything at all like that. If your comment is intended as sarcasm, you are being sarcastic with respect to Coach Rose. I'll go with Coach Rose.

You (we) got some real quality quality time and insight from Talking Head this go-around. Talking Head really has some "inside volleyball" stats about the Maryland game. Lots to learn if a person's willing to read and think about it.

So lets all look at it from another angle. Those subs that you are so concerned about for next year are training for 2 to 3 hours a day 4 to 5 days a week against the #1 team in the country ALL YEAR LONG in a arguably more stressful environment than some of our matches thia year. Can you think of better competition? They watch, listen and emulate how our All Americans prepare and train everyday. If a player wants it, is good enough, ready and the opportunity presents itself, Coach Rose will make them better then they ever thought. Just ask A. Scott and Simone Lee how they were feeling their Freshman year? See the trees Bob.

I totally agree about this time of year with Freshmen playing and some starters start to tire out because they aren't used to playing in November. I have seen it over the years even with some of our teams. This year it's Seniors all around taking the load and underclassmen subbing in when needed so all of them are still fresh going into post season this year!

I am not being sarcastic at all. I was anxious about next season and then it hit me that Coach has it under control and is confident. That put me at ease since action speaks louder than words. We aren't going to bicker over this, are we?
