Feeling pretty confident psu has locked up a regional host spot. Now as long as Nebraska isn’t in our region I feel pretty good since huskers seem to be only team that has any kind of success at rec hall Nebraska will be in another region because they also will be a top 4 seed. That is pretty much a given right now unless Iowa can upset them on Sat.

Sorry. I don't want to see anything that encourages anyone in, associated with, or admiring of NE.

Someone mentioned Gorrell's blocking. In Set 4, when it was tied 12-12 with Rettke serving, Gorrell set someone in our backcourt, went to the net with her arms raised high, stood there, and waited for Williams to get the ball. And BS'd her. It was amazing that she was advertising what she was about to do. And Hilley? still set Williams. Gorrell moved upward just a little bit; had Williams from halfway through the point. Fascinating

I hear you, I've had the same thought. However, I have a feeling that Nebraska is going to get upset in the tourney. I only hope the same doesn't happen to us.

Fascinating Gorrell is a mindful blocker. She does appear to read the setter well and position herself accordingly. A standout play of hers that sticks in my mind is against Ohio State last season. The PSU attack went deep to zone one, Hughes pickednit up off the dig and set Sandbothe. Gorrell came flying out of nowhere and solo stuffed her. Beautiful!
