By Illinois winning? No, I expected this. Hawaii has no power up front except for their MB. Illinois blocking Hawaii off the court! I actually didn't think Hawaii earned their way into post season. They were RPI 50 until 2 weeks from end of season and 1 of those weeks they had an off week (bye). RPI moved them up all the way to 36 without winning against a team above 100. Maryland had a better resume than Hawaii.

Illinois beats Hawaii in 5. Purdue wins set 3. Can they come back. I’m rooting for them. Want the conference to do well. If they can come back and we only lose michigan first night that’s pretty good even know most the big schools won ugly.

It appears Utah and Iowa State are in violation of NCAA rules by streaming NCAA tournament matches for pay only. I urge you to email the AD's of these two schools to inform them of their failure to comply with NCAA rules.

I just checked the Utah site again. They have a "technical difficulties" alert posted for the match.

Purdue completely blew that. Up 20-15 22-18 23-20 and let Utah come back in set 4

I hate the fact that both the BIG schools that lost lost to PAC schools. Ughhh Colorado State isn't PAC. The only loss to the PAC was Purdue's loss to Utah.

I can take a little solace in the fact the mich was prob the weakest team from conference that got in and a few weeks ago I would have said Purdue was second weakest till they beat wisky and minny. I still think the ceiling for minny and wisky has always been higher then Purdue
