All the BIG teams have won today so far. Minny and Illinois left. Yeah. Wisconsin and Michigan State both knocked out seeded teams. I think the B1G kinda got hosed by only having three seeds. |

Female announcer said that Abby has worked hard for Penn State for four years. both these announcers seem infatuated with abby. i can't figure out why. Cause she's really good! |

Pitt was excellent and forced us to play at a high level. Lots of clean volleyball. Maybe we should stop scrimmaging Pitt in the Spring? Pitt played fabulous D and we still hit .312. We had some trouble with serve receive at times but setters did a decent job from some tough positions.

Russ brought Abby, Simone, and Kendall to the presser. Think that shows how he felt about Abby tonight...not just the play-by-play folks on the TV.

Am I the only one apprehensive? Pitt's six losses are all to tourney teams, and five of them are to teams that have already advanced to the 2nd round, and a few five setters. This is a good team, and we need to pretend it's Stanford. Thanks for writing this. I feel better about PSU's performance now. |

Our team has bounced back so many times when I was pulling my hair out that I have lost track of the number. They seem to be able to reach down and find more energy to get the job done in the face of frustration. They truly are a team that can work together. I am going to miss these seniors when the season is over. But for now - GO LIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
