I count 8 newbies for 2018. Are they all on campus/will we see them in spring season?

I don't know if any are on campus yet. I heard a rumor that Blossom had enrolled early, but I don't know if it's accurate. She isn't listed on the Penn State roster. I don't think Penn State will announce its Spring schedule. I think Coach Rose likes to have the freedom to experiment without announcing the experiment to the world. But who knows (not me).

Yes our coach Rose delves in the realm of obfuscation and subterfuge. Only at the last possible moment will the curtains be opened for all to see.

It does rankle when people on this site comment on what they saw during spring season (which is public, and sometimes announced on our spring competitors' websites) without sharing any info in time for us to be there.
Dignittany folks: sharing is caring.

I watched the team's dance at this year's Thon. It was a great performance, but it left me depressed. I was only able to identify Nia Reed. I fear my connection to the team is slipping. Something's missing and I hope it's just me.

Plus, the girls were wearing glasses at the beginning and they had on big, baggy sweats. The season will be another exciting one with new coaches and talented players!

Oh good-maybe the team can organize a trip to Bellfonte as a bonding experience. Seriously, I think the team really benefited from the Brazil trip last year. Although understandable, it is too bad that there are limits on the number of times that such trips can be organized. Good learning experience for the students for certain.

Good news indeed 3 of the top ten is a win any way you slice it, can't wait for season to start and see what our new team looks like. Hope they can step right in and not miss a beat. But we are going from a senior laden team to a freshman laden team, So I am sure there will be growing pains, I just hope they will adapt fast.
