Where's Keeton?

She has not been on the roster since prior to the start of the season. There are four reasons a player can leave a team: 1) injury or medical issue; 2) doesn't qualify academically; 3) is dismissed from the team; or 4) quits the team.  Schools can't discuss a players health or academic status, and generally don't give any reasons if a player is no longer on a team (occasionally they will say "for violation of team rules.")  I don't think it's that it's a "secret" -- as brother Bob suggests -- but rather that Penn State, like most schools, either can't discuss the reason, or as a matter of policy chooses not to discuss those reasons.  Personally, I agree with that policy -- which is different in spirit and motivation, if not in outcome, from "it's a secret."  I'm locking this thread because there's really nothing to be gained from further speculation.
