Stanford is doing to Alabama State what we did to Howard. A State is scoring at will, compared to Howard's performance against PSU. Penn State is going to destroy Stanford.

We ain't gonna beat Stanford with this kind of logic Gnu, but I get your enthusiasm. I was also surprised by the score lines.

I like the sarcasm - a true Northeasterner. They don't understand that type of sarcasm on the West coast sometimes.

San Diego takes down Cal Poly 3-1. In 4th set, Cami May joins with a teammate for the set-winning block.
Shoot! Another loss on my bracket challenge.

Give me some credit. Earlier in the thread, someone observed that Stanford was "doing to" Alabama State what PSU "had done" to Howard--in terms of suppressing their score. I noticed that it didn't quite play out that way and made an observation. I'll be the first to admit that I'm not the brightest light in the deck. But I have tried to steer clear of this type of linear logic for the past couple years. Not having watched Stanford's performance, I'd say that they didn't give Alabama State much respect in their preparation and were rewarded appropriately.

I don't know. I'm too afraid to look. I picked UCF over UFGC, Colorado over S. Carolina and Cal Poly over San Diego and Arizona over Missouri. My brackets must be busted by this point.

OK, I see where you were coming from now.
On the other issue... I would definitely say you are the brightest light in the deck. On the other hand, I can't make the same assertion for the deck.

I like the sarcasm - a true Northeasterner. They don't understand that type of sarcasm on the West coast sometimes. Stanford players and staff are pretty smart-I think they will get it.
