Hopefully, PSU can get its offense sorted out over the next two weeks. They're not doing bad, but they could do better. There are lots of good receivers with whom McSorley needs better connections. Gotta be ready for the coach with the grill.

PSU favored by 19 against Indiana today. Some say Indiana will make it close with their passing attack.

Barkley continues to amaze me!! That one handed catch and then dead stop to almost run again for another touchdown. I see no competition for the Heisman trophy as long as he stays healthy!! 28-0 after 1st quarter! Barkley already has around 142 all-purpose yards!
3rd Qtr - Indiana's coach Tom Allan phishstixed off because of offensive pass interference not called on Penn State's last TD. I guess he didn't care about the clear offensive pass interference from that blatant push-off that should have been called against his player when they got their 2nd TD!
Late in the 4th Qtr. Something you don't see everyday; a Barkley pass to Hamilton for a TD!! LOL!
Now if tomorrows poll reflects the past then Penn State will move up to #3 due to #3 Oklahoma being on a bye week but more realistically, we will stay at #4. CBS Sports online continues to try to put Ohio State in the playoffs even though they already have a loss this season. We will more than likely have to win the division, the BIG 10 and go undefeated to have a chance at getting into the playoffs.

Now that we won against Northwestern and Oklahoma lost to Iowa State, where do you think we will fall tomorrow in the rankings? I think we should move to 3rd but the voters seem to want Georgia up in top with Alabama so they may jump them over us to 3rd.

Georgia's been playing well too; executing better on offense but maybe playing less challenging opposition. The only bump remaining on their schedule is Auburn. PSU has to face Michigan and Ohio State. We'll see what happens on the field. Winning should take care of seeding

But let's be honest. Do you think PSU would have done much better that OSU?

I would say an 8 team playoff will probably appease 90% of the people right now.

That should matter but not to the voters. They fast tracked Georgia into the top 5.

I just read an article that Justin Fields, QB and the # 1 recruit for 2018, has committed to play at Georgia.
He was committed to play at PSU until June of this year, when he decommitted and started searching for a Southern school.
What a let down! It would have been nice to have him.

A 16-team playoff would be more fair, but I don't know if that's doable without shortening the regular season by two games.
