I cannot figure out why we don't take an early timeout. Cook does it all the time when other teams make a slight run.
I may be wrong, but I think he was waiting for the TV timeout, and also really wants to have the team fight through these situations. I'd take Rose and his 7 NCs over Cook any day |

Taking 2 timeouts when you're down by 8 and 10, respectively, in order to use your TO's near the end of the set, is not good IMO.
I love coach Rose, but I respect Cook as well. In this case, I'll take Cook's "in game" tactics.
