Thank you for posting the article nyline - I still wake up thinking I dreamt it all! I am fully intending to visit again next year and I'll be bringing a new fan....my wife Janine! We watched the nail-biting 3-2 win at Pittsburgh live on ESPN and I've shown her photos and YouTube clips of Rec Hall matches to give her a flavour of that incredible atmosphere. I've already started researching the 2020 trip and one definite change is that we'll be flying to either Philadelphia (quickest) or maybe Washington (for sight-seeing). Definitely not New York - what a drive that was, out from JFK to New Jersey via George Washington Bridge at 4 in the afternoon!  This is us on our Isle of Wight/Cornwall/Somerset holiday after I'd returned from the US. Need to change my forum name to get rid of the 'UK' - didn't realise people would think it meant 'University of Kentucky'. Think I'll go for 'Lions Fan in England' |
