Enjoyed watching the superb live coverage on ESPN tonight. Good solid performance once the team had settled down in the first set - result never in doubt. Some great passing towards the end meant we got to see some lightning quick combinations between Blossom and Hord. Tougher games ahead (Minnesota, Wisconsin) but ones definitely to massively look forward to. Hope they're broadcast live in England! It was great to hear the ESPN commentator talking about the achievements of Jonni Parker and praising her hugely supportive sister, Paige.

Familial obligations meant I had to watch on "delayed" broadcast. It was fun to hear non BIG announcers and to see the different camera angles. A couple of the challenge replays were as good as we see in International matches.
Sunderland and McPeak were really good-and correctly named Kendall as the player of the match. Also completely agreed with McPeak when she explained that Sophomores should not really be considered "young players" if they have a lot of match experience. The same could be said for our Sophomores.
