I managed to get a very short interview with Coach Rose after the Illinois match, which is transcribed below:
Coach Rose: "I thought we started well, and got alot of errors in the end. But our hitting picked up, so that was good. Any time you can get a road victory, you have to feel good. I thought Jonni [Parker] was very good tonight."
As I said, very short. But welcome.

But welcome. got to say, I felt sad for IL and its really good players like Quade. We were good but to blank them that way in Huff seems really surprising. If the AVCA voters watched, I expect IL will be unranked tomorrow.
