I wasn't able to watch tonight...how bad is the Toby injury? Will we see him again if they make it to Fairfax?

I wasn't able to watch tonight...how bad is the Toby injury? Will we see him again if they make it to Fairfax? What I saw from the sidelines is that he was definitely trying to put some pressure on it and was able to hobble across the court with no crutches between the 3rd and 4th. Hopefully the week between the post season conference tournament and the NCAA tournament will be enough of a rest. I’m happy to see Fisher and Wildman step up to shoulder the scoring load that Toby usually brings in. Blocking wasn’t as crisp without Toby though. Maybe a days worth of practice will get everyone adjusted if Toby isn’t back. |

Saw Toby before the PSU v AU match. Unfortunately I don’t think he’ll be good for tomorrow. No idea about potentially coming back for NCAA.

Hopefully that #2 seed curse applies to UH but have to focus on King v OSU first. Excited for the NCAA Champs, Pav said in an EIVA presser that he’s not ruling out Toby returning. Let’s cross our fingers. On a side note: The UH fans are at it again in the other forum fully bashing Vinnie Lopes from Off the Block by merely posting that he thinks PSU would’ve gotten the #2 seed. |
