S: Schwob (Snyder started set 3)
OH: Kowal, Valenzi (Kuhns played most of S2 and all of S3)
MB: Ezeonu, Rose
Opp: Kerr (Luoma started set 3)
L: Merk
Good start. There are still some things to iron out with chemistry between setters and outsides. Setter to MB connection is great and there’s some firepower from the right too.

I was really impressed with Schwob. Great first collegiate match!
On a side note - With how good our middles are, I'm surprised there was only one block, and it was by the freshman setter.

Great match today!
Kerr was obviously the standout with 31K and 4 aces.
Toby got more dominant later in the match. Kowal is sneaky as ever and was by far our most reliable OH. Schwob was hit or miss but very impressive for a freshman. He got 59 assists. There were moments in the match where it felt like the offense was getting too one-dimensional but there’s a lot more games to go!
