NEB has adjusted and PSU having trouble putting a ball down. PSU doesn't have elite hitters, other than maybe Jess and so are having trouble getting a kill.

The fact that NEB has so many serve errs shows that NEB REALLY doesn't want PSU in system.

As others have said, PSU needs somebody other than Jess to show up. But, this team is still a work in progress. I think they'll be better at the end of the year.
