No, even with 3 more losses (NE, WI, PU), PSU is still going to end up in the top 16, in my opinion.

I think if PSU ends the regular season with an RPI of 17, they will still host in the first round.
Assuming they beat who they're supposed to beat:  Michigan x2, Michigan State x2, Northwestern, Maryland, and Ohio State.
