Some results are in already.
Nebraska defeats BYU 3-0. Wow! I thought BYU would take at least 1 set.
WI is down 0-2 sets to Florida. Who would have thought?

Wisconsin has only been down 0-2 twice this season -- to Penn State and to Minnesota -- and lost both times. But that was then and this is now (or substitute your own pseudo-profound catch phrase)

OK, WI took set 3. Let's see if they can win set 4 and take this to 5. Florida has had a tough time with 5 set matches this year.
WI is now up 17-11 in set 4. Looks like this is going to a 5th set.

Wow, 15-12 5th set. That is a bitter disappointment for the Badgers. I'm sure they never thought they'd have trouble with Florida. After the last two years they probably thought they couldn't lose to any team not wearing blue and white.

Ohio State takes 1st set from Washington. That is not a huge surprise to me. This tOSU team presents some big matchup problems for a team like the Huskies. Wa will have to serve great to win this match because Ohio State is big up front.

That may have been true -- and I suspect this year they didn't think they could lose to anyone. Carlini graduates with no National Championship?
[Edit: I was thinking Carlini is a senior. Wishful thinking ]

There's something about carlini I don't like.
