I can. With the way they've been playing lately, I could've envisioned this. However, if you would have told me they wouldn't show up to the match until halfway through set 1, then were down 7-2 in set 4, I would have said it was a loss. It's stunning they came back in both of those sets. So, basically, yes. Could've envisioned this, but definitely not in that way. What an exciting match. With Lee and Washington hitting so well, if only Frantti can join them by cutting down on her hitting errors, B1G title will be a 4 way race between PSU, Wisconsin, Minnesota and Nebraska.

The truly exciting aspect of this win is that the team could have played even better. I join with many others in saying how impressed I am with the team's toughness and refusal to quit even when way behind in sets. This one will give the ladies even more confidence moving forward. I thought our serving was the difference.

The magnitude of the Set 1 comeback, and the Set 4 pull-away, were so heartening: Minnesota roared out to 13-4 lead. But the Nittany Lions held off the Gophers, and fought back to take the set 29-27 (that’s a 25-14 Penn State advantage over the last 39 points.) The Lions also could have folded in Set 4, when Minnesota opened up a 7-2 lead. But Penn State outscored the Gophers 23-7 (yes, you read that right) the rest of the way to tie the match at two sets apiece.

btn2go.com but you need to have BTN in your TV and use your provider credentials to log in

There was a time when matches would magically show up on youtube, but I guess the Big Ten put a stop to that?
You can subscribe to BTN "plus" even if you're not a BTN cable subscriber -- and you can see a lot of the matches there. It's just $10 a month if you're only interested in PSU matches, so a good deal. The Michigan matches from last weekend are streamable on BTN plus, but not the Minnesota match since that was BTN itself.
BTN is only available as part of an "expanded" cable subscription that for most people costs around $140-$150 a month. That is just too much for too many channels I'll never watch. I just don't want to support ESPN for $10 a month and I especially don't want to be forced to pay $1.20 a month to support Fox News.
Maybe some time in my lifetime BTN will make itself available outside of a cable subscription. But not yet. The closest thing is Playstation Vue where you can get BTN as part of a $44-a-month package. Still a lot of money for a lot of stuff I'll never watch.

The next test is to avoid a let down vs. Rutgers. Curious to see if the team tries to clobber them, or if some seldom used players get some time. I would imagine that Simone Lee's shoulder is a little sore.
I noticed some different combinations on Wednesday. In particular, I recall one situation where Heidi was in the middle and Haleigh was on the right pin for a block attempt. They weren't able to stop that particular attack and maybe that was just the result of a slide attempt. But I wonder if we may see more of that kind of "adjustment" in future.

I would imagine that Simone Lee's shoulder is a little sore. I would imagine the girls and coaches are eager to play and keep it going. I do not forsee any real changes in the lineup other than using #3,4,5 serving subs. It is not how Coach Rose does it. Why approach any match in the B1G differently? The Standard is the Standard.

Curious as to why matches aren't on YouTube anymore...I know a poster on this board used to upload. Did B1G really put a stop to it or did life just get in the way for the poster? Anyone know for sure?
