I did not know, but we will be seeing Kristin Carpenter as an Assistant Coach on the UMD sidelines.

Well, eligibility questions aside, the suggestion was more for revisionist history/historical troublemaking. A contingent of Penn State fans believes Carpenter should have started over Micha Hancock in 2011, and/or should have replaced Hancock in the 2012 NCAA semis when Hancock injured her ankle. I don't happen to agree with either of those positions, but like the idea of trying to get Aird to "right" an historical "wrong" by putting Carpenter in the lineup tonight. NCAA rules be damned. |

Maryland has 13-4 record and plays pretty good at home. So we might be doing another 5 setter unless we keep our minds on the match. I would expect the very same lineup as last night. Congrats to the football team for their win over Northwestern.

they sure have all the ingredients! the USC match really showed that, then they seemed to deflate v Washington.
PS....you may get confused watching...at least 4 players are named Sam/Samanatha, including a Gatorade player from State of Washington
