Florida beat Auburn 3-1. Auburn won a set??? I watched a bit of that match. Alhassan is a fabulous athlete. Kramer is really tall (6-8) and very good. I'm sure there are other players that are outstanding, and they may well win the National Championship. But overall, they didn't look overly impressive in the part of the third set I watched.

They also have an OH named Carli Snyder who showed a deadly topspin serve against Texas. Florida didn't appear so overpowering against Kentucky a couple weeks ago. I don't think they've improved.

Al-Hassan played w/Micha and Megan last year on the PanAm Team and this past summer on a national and then national collegiate team. She's been terrific for years at FL. Kramer, compared to Lutz, seems to be incredibly agile for someone of her size. She certainly seems to know what to do with her talents. Joseph, who seems to be a bit undersized for RS, can be a big contributor at times. I suspect we'll see more of her as she matures. For now, streaky, but capable of adding a real spark. I saw the first match they played after the hurricane and I thought their play was inspired. Now, having watched bits here and there including v Kentucky, they are seeming a bit streaky. We know they'll go to the tourney. Will they have it together then?
