Third sets seem to be especially challenging for this year's PSU team

McMahon had lots of 'color' to add, including the story of her facial from Katie Slay. Very well informed; no snide remarks. Let's see more of her!!

We need to refine the offense for the upcoming games, but this is the kind of grind that the past PSU teams carried to the championships

15 serving errors for Wisky. That has always been their Achilles heal. Especially, this season. I stated last week that would come back to bite them in the arse eventually.

Wisconsin had like 360-some service errors (I thinK) back in 2013. I think Sheff must want them to serve aggressively. As so many of their fans observed, ending the set on a service error was quite fitting. Did the lights stay on through the match?

Lee and Frantti had difficulties offensively, but compensated defensively. It's good for the team to learn how many capabilities they have. That should help them stave off panic.

Sat-ur-day!] Not saying we can relax for that match, just that we can enjoy Friday stress free by watching other matches and see how everything plays out Friday after they are done.

Although McMahon, who is a former Badger, isn't a fan of Penn State, she respects them and their program. I thought she went overboard in the other direction. She was effusive in her praise of PSU throughout. I suspect that Wisky fans were not impressed with her commentary.

How did that challenge not go Wisconsin's way?! The replay system malfunctioned. Interestingly, that still cost WI a challenge.
