It’s not at all guaranteed/obvious that a scholarship was available to her at Penn State. I dont know if the insiders on this page or forum have any info about that.

I think PSU wanted her back, but I don't think it's a referendum on KSC or her staff that she went elsewhere. I'm really disinterested in the transfers out. I'm interested in the players who want to play at Penn State. And the ones who join the program (as I'm certain there will be at least a couple of additions -- though given Penn State's semester system, the timing may not be until May). It's a new era for Penn State Women's Volleyball. It will be challenging, for sure. But I'm looking ahead, not behind, and I'm absolutely avoiding any stopoffs at WhatCouldaBeen. |

Sure, I’m with you…but could she have come back on scholarship is still an insightful piece of info. There could still be many valid reasons beyond the coach for her to choose to move on.

I believe a scholarship was available. But I think she had made up her mind. And who knows what the NILs package will be at Nebraska. Regardless, I'm only interested in the players who want to play at Penn State. Totally disinterested in the players who don't. |

I believe a scholarship was available. But I think she had made up her mind. And who knows what the NILs package will be at Nebraska. Regardless, I'm only interested in the players who want to play at Penn State. Totally disinterested in the players who don't. I find it almost impossible (unfathomable, really) to think that there wasn't a scholarship available if Hord wanted to stay. Teams have 12 scholarships, right? There's only 14 players on the roster right now for 2022 with at least a few walk-ons. Seven starters/major role players are gone: Hord, Blossom, Parker, Fitzpatrick, Pritchard, Hampton, Oerther with only two recruits coming in. Some simple math would suggest there are several scholarships available. Coach Rose would always say the same thing nyline is saying, and I'm with them on that mindset. |

Brian Toron is hitting the recruiting trail according to Instagram. Since he was named assistant, he has followed basically all the bigger names still remaining, including Kashauna Williams (she follows him and Adanna back as well) and Zoe Weatherington. Following in the footsteps of other big programs assistants living in the days of social media (Megan Pendergast from UCLA). Hope they are able to get either or both of those transfers, they could prove to be valuable!
