Amanda Phegley put that line shot away with some power! Little to no defense in the opening sets. Now both teams are defending most everything. PSU has to finish this cause Iowa isn’t walking away. Let’s see how our team handles it. Let’s go!

Appreciate the commentary guys. I'd summarize by saying, part of a successful season is winning when you're supposed to; and PSU was supposed to win and met expectations.

It'll be interesting to see who wins out the libero jersey next year. I'm guessing Hampton takes it, but who knows.

Yes, I think Hampton takes over libero next season. I am not fond of Holcombe’s technique as she swings her arms far too much and has tendency to lose control with placement including too many overpasses. Look at the stats and the other teams target her on the serve often. |
