I believe Clare Powers is graduating. I don't believe Putnicki will be on the team next season (I think she only played in three sets this year). I don't think there's any special story here, but I doubt we'll learn any specifics until next year. Patience. We'll have pin hitters next year, but the question is whether they can serve, receive, pass, play backcourt. A lot of hitters can hit well, but it's the other skills that make them all-conference and AA. Well if we don't run a 6/2 next season, perhaps with more flexibility to sub, we shall make more use of specialists. I would not be too surprised if the only 6 rotation player initially is Weiskircher. Some knowledgeable folks have suggested that incoming players will have all around skills, but to do it all is pretty tough and it might make sense to ease the newest players into their roles. |

😂😂 She’s actually gotten better, imo, as the season went along this year. Maybe it was a voodoo announcer jinx. FYI - I'm not a "fair weather" fan, but I am a "seasonal" fan... I am fine. Not in the hospital or nothing. I just don't tend to participate in these discussions until next pre-season. Until then, my friends... - armydoogie |

Well I for one enjoy the banter that occurs on this site, right wrong or indifferent. So I will be checking everyday to see what's up. But for those that need a rest see you next spring.
