Triple block on Plummer and she still gets the kill.

Just a few too many mistakes.

Dump kills us again. Not sure why we have so much trouble with that year after year.

Think I'll watch the rest with my morning coffee. Here's hoping I'll regret turning in too early.
G'nite all.

I've enjoyed the first two sets except the score. I think Leath played superbly on both passing and attacking end. One thing I don't understand is why we subbed in Blossom when the score was around 20 in both sets. I think she was a bit lost on the court and in second set the first point she and Weiskircher even confused on who's supposed to set. I think subbing in Hoffman would probably work better. A few too many mental mistakes for sure but I think the team has tons of potential.

Yeah, I thought the double sub late in the first when we were hanging was an odd choice...figured we should have stayed with what was working. But I have zero national titles to my name, so...yeah.
Gotta shake it off...Oregon right around the corner and we saw what they did to Minny today.

If this is gonna be rebuilding year then they need to get blossom more time. It would be interesting to see Gabby in the front row. She lists at 5" 10" on the roster, but might not be quite that tall. Can she block well enough to set in the front row?
Obviously, the coaching staff already knows the answer to that question, but we won't unless she actually sets from the front row in a match.

I think there were correctable errors and some questionable decision making by the players. But no one seemed nervous. Overall an encouraging performance. I think Parker did not play in set 3. A bit surprising.

We hit .193. On the plus side, Weiskircher had 7 blocks, Nia Reed had 14 kills and Hord hit 500.
