OSU looks much better than their record shows. They're one of those teams that ALWAYS plays PSU tough, no matter what the record. PSU has lost in Ohio a number of times. I don't think you can compare the OSU team that played Oregon and the OSU team that played tonight. Course, that's what makes volleyball interesting. SMU got trashed by PITT in their first match and beat them the following match. |

The kicker for OSU was their attack errs (4), while PSU only had 1 in the 5th after having 11 in the 4th.

I did not like the play-by-play announcer. She all but declared the Ohio State the winner on multiple occasions.

She good, but come on. They fell prey to the Howard Cosell falacy; when he was doing Monday Night football, every running back that week was the greatest running back ever. Oh well. A lot of announcers do that. Audrey Flaw generally isn't like that. |
