Since there are few commits for 2018, new recruits for 2017 is more urgent in my estimation

At this point, I think we would only be looking at transfers for 2017. I cannot imagine there are still quality recruits out there who haven't committed verbally.

It was reported on Prepvolleyball site that Penn State has had at least two 2018 Outside hitter recruits in for visits and is waiting to see what they decide. No idea who they were yet. I bet the players know what is going on though.

I wonder which outsides they are referring to? There are a few top 2018 OH/RS that have not committed yet. Betting man says they will not commit until Penn State moves on the 1-2 they are wanting.

Brooklyn Shirmer (OH)
Haley Warner (RS)
Nicklin Hames (OH)
Holly Campbell (MB)
Yvette Burcescu (OH)
Some additional 2017 names include:
Brooke Botkin
Megan Cooney
Cameron Dobbs
Jasmyn Martin
Sydney Kleinman
As you can see there are quality players still available. Some of these players may have already picked their interested school.

Prepvolleyball does not break down recruits to that point until they become Juniors and Seniors. |
