OK, moving on to the Navy match this evening. As Gordon Brunskill, former Sports Editor of the Centre Daily Times, pointed out to me this morning, how cool would it have been if Larry Bock had waited one more season to retire from Navy? We would have been treated to two coaches with a combined 2,596 wins (Larry Bock with 1,348 wins as a women's volleyball coach, and Russ Rose with 1248 wins through 11:30 a.m. today). That would almost certainly be a record that would stand for a very, very, very long time.
I thought Russ had the most wins in D1 women's VB?
He does. Larry Bock coached mostly at Juniata -- D3

I expected Navy to be more competitive.

3 service errors in a row.
Leath is such a good passer. She is such a good get for us. I can't stress that enough.

I totally agree. She was the ACC Player of the Year as a sophomore for a reason. Being really, really good

Even with the No 1 recruiting class, without Leath, PSU would've been in the middle of the pack. With her, PSU has chance to compete for the conference title as well as the national

Another slow start in the 2nd set for PSU.
I like that we are seeing a lot of Jenna Hampton; she and Kendall White are the "dyanmic duo" out there.
