Stanford is dismantling PSU. SU is now up 4-0 in the 24th minute of the 1st half. That's a wrap folks; I can't see PSU coming back from this deficit. I knew our defense was leaky this year. I really look forward to the volleyball match tonight. Yea, they should have clamped down on their defense at the beginning. Let Stanford get too many balls close to goalie that early. Wasn't pretty to watch. Score ended same as 1st half. 4-0

FYI - Stanford won the national championship with a 3-2 score over UCLA.
At least we lost to the eventual champs, that's some consolation.

Our women played in a scrimmage match this past week end against SKY BLUES , a professional team residing in New Jersey.
PSU won 1 to 0 scoring in the 73rd minute by Ellie Jean.
Apparently our goalie was fantastic denying the pros any points despite a barrage on shots on goal

Not sure what the relationship is between "spring volleyball" and the soccer match. It was not advertised here nor was it mentioned in soccer news from PSU.
It was in TOP DRAWER a e mail service following all soccer events club, pro and college
