Congrats to Haleigh (Best MB) and Courtney (Best Libero). To the victor go the spoils. Uh-oh. I imagine the anti-Nittanyites are having quite a meltdown over at Volleytalk. Surprisingly, there was none. Well, maybe just one person, literally. I think that Courtney, Hancock, and Washington, barring injury, all have a legit shot at making the Tokyo roster.

While I hope that you are correct, I suspect that Akinradewo and Adams may still be first choices, leaving Haleigh competing with a number of folks including Tori Dixon (who was very good in the VNL) for the remaining Middle spots.

I highly doubt Adams is a real option any longer. Her serve is horrible and Karch has been focusing heavily on serving and passing. It'll be between Akinradewo, Dixon, Ogbogu, and Washington IMO.

Besides the things that have metrics (e.g., serving and passing), I would guess that Karch can be influenced by the intangibles the folks on the floor showed this weekend...ability to battle back when others might pack it in. PSU players have seldom been daunted by going 0-2 in a match.
